Platinum™
Innovative Large Matrix
The Platinum™ matrix switcher series features a very robust architecture, with flexibility that ensures your investment is future-proof, providing unparalleled value for your large-scale matrix system needs. All Platinum frames offer independent audio and video signal paths and crosspoints, maintaining full versatility regardless of matrix size. Platinum is designed to support high-quality matrixing of all analog and digital video and audio signals, seamlessly integrating the capability to separate audio infrastructure into a fully embedded video device without the need for auxiliary audio frames.
Harris continues its tradition of innovation with the highly acclaimed Platinum matrix system — an eight-channel frame sync input card that can synchronize up to eight active video signals to a local reference signal without the need for external frames or wiring. This optional card can de-embed up to 16 channels of embedded audio from each video signal, allowing for independent routing. The design goal of the Platinum matrix switcher is to support 24/7 continuous operation, making it ideal for networks, local broadcasting, mobile production, cable television, telecommunications, military, government, and enterprise applications — any environment that requires matrix distribution of large amounts of audio and video signals.

All Platinum MX frames offer independent audio and video signal paths and crosspoints, maintaining full versatility regardless of matrix size. Platinum MX is designed to support high-quality matrix distribution of all analog and digital audio and video signals, allowing for seamless embedding of separated audio into video without the need for auxiliary audio cards.
Harris continues its tradition of innovation with the highly acclaimed Platinum matrix system — an eight-channel frame sync input card that can synchronize up to eight active video signals to a local reference signal without the need for external frames or wiring. This optional card also de-embeds up to 16 channels of embedded audio from each video signal, allowing for independent routing. The design goal of the Platinum MX matrix switcher is to support 24/7 continuous operation, making it ideal for networks, local broadcasting, mobile production, cable television, telecommunications, military, government, and enterprise applications — any environment that requires matrix distribution of large amounts of audio and video signals.
Integrator®
True simulation and port matrix allocation
The Integrator® matrix switcher series allows you to switch multiple signal formats within the same 4RU, 6RU, or 8RU chassis. The Integrator provides cost-effective scalability for analog video and various telecom formats with up to 64x64 (4RU) or 128x64 (6RU) by expanding to groups of 32 inputs or 32 outputs. In the 6RU model, analog audio can be expanded to 128x128. The data matrix (i.e., RS-422/232) supports up to 64 ports (4RU) and 128 ports (8RU). Since the Integrator matrix switchers support true analog video and analog matrices, they are particularly well-suited for matrixing composite signals (including lower-quality analog video signals like VHS), as well as telecom signals such as DS3 or E3 and timecode. The Integrator matrix switcher series is widely used in networks, local broadcasting, mobile production, cable television, telecommunications, military, government, and enterprise applications that still utilize analog signals.
