In recent years, the image of "Oneband Systems, the expert in audio and video transmission" has gained significant recognition in the broadcasting and television industry. Recently, Oneband Systems announced that it has successfully won the bid for the closed-circuit television system project for the 12th National Games IBC. This project marks Oneband's second undertaking of a large-scale sports event IBC system transmission unit integration project, following the 11th National Games in Shandong.
The 12th National Games will be held in September 2013 in Liaoning, representing the largest, highest-standard, and most influential national comprehensive sports event in the province's history. It will feature 31 major events, 40 sub-events, and 350 small events, resulting in the awarding of 420 gold medals during the competition. To ensure the successful hosting of the National Games and to smoothly complete the broadcasting tasks for this event, the organizing committee is preparing to establish the IBC system for the 12th National Games, providing venue space, equipment usage, signal usage, and media materials system services for media organizations and broadcasting agencies.
The IBC sports event system for this National Games will for the first time utilize full HD production and broadcasting:
56 channels of high-definition venue signals will be transmitted and displayed in H.264 format within the IBC, providing a fast and stable signal system for reporters and journalists.
The network architecture will feature a mature and user-friendly all-IP architecture for the wired network design, with all observation and display sites using Cable access, ensuring ample bandwidth and ease of use.
Winning the bid for the 12th National Games IBC project once again demonstrates Oneband's leading expertise in the sports event field and reaffirms its title as "the expert in audio and video transmission."
