The HView™ SX Hybrid Multi-View Monitor launched by Harris is designed for hybrid applications, capable of routing and monitoring both traditional signals and IP signals. This multi-view monitor/matrix solution combines baseband and broadband monitoring capabilities, exceptional graphics performance, and optional integrated test and measurement tools (for baseband signals) within a single chassis. It aims to reduce integration costs in today's complex A/V monitoring environments and achieve more efficient space utilization.
The HView SX Hybrid multi-viewer monitor resides in the output section of the Harris® Platinum™ matrix frame, offering both a dedicated multi-viewer version and a multi-viewer/matrix integrated version. This hybrid multi-viewer monitor includes four chassis sizes (5RU, 9RU, 15RU, 28RU) and provides unique features such as IP video display, RSS feed directed to the monitor, and advanced Virtual Network Connection (VNC). With VNC, operators can control multiple independent devices with a simple mouse click; this allows operators to quickly respond to alerts, while system integrators do not need to use dedicated hardware to control and monitor third-party devices.
