The PVR™ 8100 series integrated receiver-decoder's first member, the PVR8100 single-channel commercial decoder and descrambler, is a compact and fully functional new processing platform. With the PVR8100, users can receive DVB-S/S2, IP, or ASI signals, decode high-definition and standard-definition MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 AVC transport streams in baseband, descramble encrypted programs, and output content to analog or digital television, perfectly integrating into Harmonic's all-IP front-end and solutions. Harmonic's exceptional video quality and low latency ensure timely content distribution, with decoding resolutions of up to 1080p50/60.
