【Repair Process Introduction】
1. The user downloads the "Oneband Repair Application Form";
2. The user needs to fill in the detailed information in the application form. The invoice issued by our company after accepting the repair and the return address for the repaired equipment will be based on this (unless otherwise specified); the user should indicate the fault symptoms of the equipment to facilitate our initial inspection;
3. The user sends the repair application form to our company for confirmation via fax, email, etc. (with official seal or signature),Our repair department will provide an RMA number；
4. After the user receives the RMA number,they should fill in the tracking number of the express delivery sent to our company in the repair application form under “Logistics Code” for our company to track
5. Our processing flow includes receiving, initial inspection, repair, and return; the typical repair cycle for faults is 10 working days.
A Reception: Once our company receives the equipment for repair, users can check the status of the device on our website using the serial number.
When the initial inspection, maintenance, and other process situations do not match what the user has filled out, our company will contact the user based on the information in the application form.
C Our company will send the repair quotation based on the information in the application form. Unless otherwise specified, our quotation includes only the domestic transportation cost for a single trip.
After the user makes the payment, our company will begin the repair process;
After the maintenance is completed, a maintenance report for the equipment will be issued, and the extended warranty date for the equipment will be indicated.
F Our company will return the device to the user at the address specified in the application form;
For devices that are abandoned for repair, we will charge a testing fee ranging from 300 to 1000 yuan per unit; conversely, if the device is repaired, this fee will not be charged.
【Instructions for Sending Repair Parts】
Please use electrostatic shielding/waterproof materials for inner packaging, and then place it into the original outer packaging box of the device;
Buffer corner pads and hard foam/pads should be used between the inner and outer packaging to prevent damage to the equipment during transportation due to bumps.
Indicate the product model, quantity, RMA number, company name, and shipping marks on the outer packaging box;
Please remember the serial number and RMA number of the device you sent for repair, as these will be important identifiers for checking the repair status on our website.。
Please inform our company of the shipment after the goods have been dispatched so that we can arrange for receipt.
