ATEME KFE是一款基于文件的多格式转码器，可以为电视、手机和互联网等多种媒体形式提供高带宽使用效率的视频传输解决方案。
KFE通过处理DVB Subtitling 和Closed Caption附带的多声道的功能使得运营商能够将其点播目录加入到其丰富的节目内容当中。
