Regarding the recent changes in parameters for some HD satellite programs.

Starting from October 23, 2013: Jiangsu Satellite TV's HD channel will change its audio encoding from MPEG-1 L2 to AC3. If operators using the Harrier system encounter issues with audio processing, please go to the NMX network management system and change the stream type of Jiangsu Satellite TV's audio attributes in the input source to DVB-AC3. Additionally, add the DVB-AC3 audio descriptor to the audio of the output program; all other reception parameters remain unchanged. Starting from November 25, 2013, Hunan TV's HD channel will switch to local uplink. At that time, it will use both H.264 and AVS+ formats for satellite transmission in Changsha. The H.264 encoded signal will have the same PID as the original MPEG-2 encoded signal. On December 25, 2013, the Beijing uplink channel will officially close (for a duration of one month). The updated reception parameters are as follows:

Satellite: Zhongxing 6A 125 degrees; Transponder: 1A; Bandwidth: 20M; Downlink Frequency: 3729MHz; Symbol Rate: 14.4Msps; Downlink Polarization: Horizontal; FEC: 3/4
