The PBI DCH-3000TM series digital modulator is a dedicated device for cable television digital front-end based on MPEG-2 and DVB standards. It provides a network management interface for remote control, allowing for menu settings and edits, making operations more flexible, and facilitating easy network upgrades. It supports four types of signal input: TUNER, DVB-ASI, DVB-SPI, and DS3 (optional), enabling users to choose any input method according to their needs. It can simultaneously output three types of signals: DVB-ASI, RF OUT, and DS3 (optional).
The DCH-3000TM series digital modulator can perform PID filtering on the input stream and can multiplex any one of the TUNER input, DVB-SPI input, or DS3 (optional) with the DVB-ASI signal, allowing users to better utilize stream and bandwidth resources.
